Offer 01 — IP Creation
You own the IP. We build it.
GIFLIF creates festival and event IPs that carry the client's own name. It covers conceptualisation, curation, production and artist booking, and is engaged on a retainer — so a brand, college or department can launch its own festival without building an events team.
This is what we did with Red FM, and what we have been doing quietly for a decade. Your logo goes on the door. Ours does not have to appear at all.
Festivals we built from nothing

What you are actually hiring
Not a vendor for one night. An experience team for your project. The IP is yours — the name, the brand, the audience relationship, the equity that compounds edition after edition. We build the team that runs it, and we run it across the year.
Red FM's Papon and Gurdas Maan concerts were built end to end by GIFLIF. They were Red FM shows. That is the arrangement working exactly as intended.
What a retainer covers
- Conceptualisation — the idea itself. What the festival is, who it is for, and why anyone would clear their evening for it.
- Curation — theme, format, line-up and the running order that makes the story land.
- Production — venue, stage, sound, light, logistics, permissions, and command on show day.
- Artist booking — negotiation, contracting, riders, travel and hospitality.
- YouTube and content — the channel, the aftermovies, the year-round content that keeps the IP alive between editions. Managed and grown, not just uploaded.
- The edition after this one — an IP is not a one-night job. The retainer exists because the second edition is where the value compounds.
Who this is for
An owned property
Sponsoring someone else's festival rents you an audience for one night. Owning one builds an asset. This is the Zomaland pattern, and it is why brands are moving from sponsorship to ownership.
A flagship fest
A cultural festival is the single strongest admissions and alumni asset a campus has — but student committees change every year and the institutional memory goes with them. We are the continuity.
Cultural programming
Tourism boards and cultural departments with a mandate, a budget and a season — and no in-house production arm. We have worked with Madhya Pradesh Tourism and Vishwarang.
Proof
Gurdas Maan
We made the case for Bhopal as a tour city — and won it. Then built the show end to end.

Does the event carry GIFLIF's name?
No — it carries yours. The IP belongs to you entirely. GIFLIF is the experience team behind it, credited only if you want us to be.
Why a retainer instead of a per-event fee?
Because an IP is not a single night. The concept, the audience and the sponsor relationships compound across editions, and that work happens between events rather than during them. A retainer prices the year, not the evening.
How long before the first edition?
Realistically six to nine months for a festival built from scratch — the line-up and the permissions set the floor, not the production. A smaller first edition can move faster, and often should.
Do we need our own events team?
No. That is the entire point. You need one person who can make decisions and sign things. We bring the rest.
What do you need from us?
The mandate, the budget range, and a clear view of who you are trying to reach. If you already have a concept we will pressure-test it rather than replace it.
Have a concept, or just a mandate?
Both are a fine place to start. The questionnaire takes about ten minutes and tells us more than a call would.
