Offer 04 — YouTube

We built the audience before we sold the service.

GIFLIF manages and grows YouTube channels: strategy, content planning, titles, thumbnails, metadata and search optimisation. Its own channel reached 363,000 subscribers and more than 80 million views across 350 videos, watched globally.

Most agencies in this market have grown someone else's channel. We built ours from zero, while running festivals — which is why we treat a channel as an audience, not a content calendar.

The pipeline we built, and now run for others

This is the part that is genuinely hard to buy: not making one reel, but running hundreds through the same machine without the quality drifting.

  1. 01

    Mine the archive

Sixty-two full recordings — mushairas, sessions, whole concerts — watched through and timestamped moment by moment. Most channels sit on an archive like this and never open it.

  2. 02

    Cut for vertical

606 short-form clips pulled from those recordings, each one a self-contained moment rather than an arbitrary sixty seconds.

  3. 03

    Write twice, per platform

Every clip gets its own topline and description for YouTube, and a separate caption for Instagram. The same words do not work on both, so they are not reused.

  4. 04

    Publish and verify automatically

A scheduled pipeline pushes each clip to YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels, applies its cover, and then checks what is actually live on the platform — not what a status column claims.

The work, and what it returned

Every one of these is our own footage on our own channel. The performance was already recorded and already uploaded — the title, the thumbnail and the description are the part we changed, and they are the part being sold here.

What we do on a channel

  • Thumbnails and titles — the click decision, where the fastest gains are.
  • Back catalogue — older videos with demand that stopped surfacing.
  • Metadata and search — descriptions, tags and chapters, written properly.
  • Short-form at volume — the clipping and publishing pipeline above.
  • Analytics read honestly — including when a format is not working.

Who this is for

Creators

A channel that stalled

The content is good and the numbers stopped moving. Nine times in ten the problem is the click, not the content — and that is fixable without changing what you make.

Brands

A catalogue nobody watches

Years of video sitting on a channel doing nothing. There is usually real demand in there that was never surfaced properly.

Festivals & IPs

An audience between editions

This is where the loop closes. A festival happens once a year; the channel is how it stays alive for the other 364 days — and how the next edition gets easier to fill.

Why us and not a pure YouTube agency

If all you want is more uploads, a specialist agency will serve you well and probably cheaper. We build live IPs and sell tickets to them, so the audience we grow on a channel is the same audience that buys tickets, shows up and comes back next year. If you want the audience to be worth something beyond the view count, that is the part we are unusual at.

Questions we get asked

Do you do management, or growth?

Both, as one engagement. Splitting them is artificial — you cannot meaningfully grow a channel you are not also running, and running one without growing it is just administration.

Do you buy subscribers or use growth tools?

No. Never. It puts the channel at risk and it does not produce an audience that does anything. Everything we do is inside YouTube's own surface: titles, thumbnails, metadata, search and content.

Can you work on a channel that has gone quiet?

Yes, and it is often the highest-return work available. A catalogue that already has demand in it is far cheaper to grow than an audience built from nothing.

What does it cost?

It is a monthly retainer, scoped to the channel — work across a 300-video catalogue is a different job from running an ongoing content operation. We scope against what the channel actually needs rather than selling a package.

How quickly do things move?

Thumbnail and title work on an existing catalogue can shift click-through within weeks, because the videos are already indexed. Building genuinely new audience is a matter of months, and anyone promising otherwise is selling you something.

Send us the channel

We will look at it properly and tell you where the actual opportunity is — including if the answer is that it is fine and you do not need us.
