Offer 03 — Audience Intelligence

Reach is easy. Tickets sold is the number.

Audience Intelligence is GIFLIF's own Meta Pixel and first-party data platform for ticketed events. It sets ticket pricing, selects cities, targets audience clusters, and attributes reach to tickets actually sold — building an audience profile that compounds with every edition.

It is a product, not a marketing service. It can be bought entirely on its own — Chanakya did exactly that, with no production attached.

Why this exists

We built it because we sell our own tickets. When the money at risk is yours, "the campaign got 2 million impressions" stops being an acceptable answer. The only question that matters is how many seats those impressions actually filled — and most event marketing cannot answer it.

What it actually does

  • Ticket pricing. What the market will carry, by tier and by city — before you publish a price you cannot walk back.
  • City selection. Which markets will actually turn out for this artist, based on observed behaviour rather than instinct.
  • Cluster targeting. Finding the specific audiences who buy, not the broad demographic who merely like.
  • Reach-to-tickets attribution. Connecting spend to sales, so you learn something you can use on the next show.
  • A compounding audience profile. Every edition makes the next one cheaper to fill. This is the part that matters most and gets talked about least.

Questions we get asked

Is this just running Meta ads?

No. Ads are one output. The platform is the pricing model, the city selection, the cluster definitions and the attribution back to tickets sold — plus a first-party audience profile that persists between events. An agency runs your ads and hands back a report. This keeps compounding.

Do we have to hire you for production too?

No. Chanakya took the platform with no production attached at all. It is designed to be bought standalone, and often is.

Does it work for non-ticketed events?

Not really, and we will say so. The platform is built around attribution to ticket sales. For SBI's non-ticketed annual meet we deliberately did not deploy it — there was nothing for it to measure.

Who owns the audience data?

You own your event's data. The value to you is the profile that builds up across your editions.

What do you need to start?

Access to your ticketing platform and your Meta business assets, and ideally involvement before prices are published — pricing is the decision with the largest effect and the shortest window.

Selling tickets and flying blind?

If you can tell us the show and the on-sale date, we can tell you what the platform would do for it — and whether it is worth it at your scale.
